    You need to inquire with Canadian immigration authorities. We are not in a position to know what information they possess about you or how it would affect your visa eligibility.

    As for why somebody told you that you could not "use your waiver rights", by which I assume you mean "apply for a waiver"? Ask the person who told you that. Your immigration issues have been discussed based upon the information you have provided to date in your other thread.

    Dear Aaaron, the immigration officer in the embassy told me that ON THE PHONE. But the paper they gave me which explains the inadmissability, written and says that I could apply for a waiver. I asked them seriously again and again to tell me the real situation which means for me if I could not be able to get a visa for a lifetime. The officer told me "No" and if such thing concerns they would have said that...I got only chance to rely on their statements...Hopefully my lawyer can show me the right way to present my good intention to proove that not every person should punnish in a same way. I must clear that. Thanks again.
