My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: MICHIGAN

I recieved judgement in small claims against defendents husband/wife, in the amount of $2,137 plus 5.701 % intrest from 4/30/07.
10/05/07 A judgement lien was obtained on defendents real property, at that time in the amount of $2,746, and continues to incur intrest. I also recorded this with the register of deeds.
Defendents own realestate vacant land with a value of APX. $8,500, only income sorce is social security and that is why I persued the real property.
Defendent wife passed away a few mounts ago, she had signed off on a warenty deed to the property prior to small claims, against defendent husbands wishes.
I believe I have done everything right so far, though I am not sure what the next steps are in collecting. Also Having a lien on the property and recorded, what are my resposibilties, as far as back taxes, A trailer home had burned prior to my involvement and the fire cost still have not been paid, also the debries from the fire still remain on vacant property, and again the back taxes.
What steps can I take now?
