Thanks once again. In another forum somone had suggested to ask for the Loss Prevention department. I called the Walmart store and they transferred me to that department and I spoke with the associate.
The associate gave me the number and when I should be calling them. Let's see how it goes from there.

Unless we plan on shoplifting from Walmart that info is of no use to us
