Emancipation at 17

I am about to turn 17 in March. My stepmom has informed me that I am to move out then. However, I highly doubt that she will fill out paperwork for my emancipation as well as my father. If she tells me to leave and I'm willing to go how do I go about paperwork?

South Carolina has no emancipation statute, and thus it is not apparent that you could be emancipated, let alone what the procedure for emancipation would entail.
