    Abuse needs to be reported.

    National Child Abuse Hotline
    1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453)
    TDD: 1-800-2-A-CHILD

Emancipation is not going to happen.

You can talk with a school counselor about the abuse.

Running away to go stay at boyfriend's house is a bad idea. They could get into trouble for taking you in without your parents' permission.

Can you get to a hospital within walking distance or can someone take you? If you can go to a hosptial go to the ER and tell them what you said here and show them the evidence of what you said she does.

When a Dr or a nurse sees the evidence and hears someone report the abuse to them, they are obligated to report it. But with the evidence they will also act a lot faster than if you were to call them.

If they do decide you need to be removed from your mother's care they will either find suitable family or else foster care. Your bf & his parents will not be one of those choices. Regardless.

If you report the abuse to a school counselor, teacher etc (as Happy suggests) they will report it as they are bound by law to do. Emancipation is not an option available to you

Your mother will not know that you reported the abuse. Reporter's names are not revealed.

FYI there is no condition that will allow you to live with your BF. If thats your goal forget it. Report the abuse yourself or to a teacher coounselor etc but again this will not result in your moving in with your BF.
