Won Tickets Under Girlfriend's Name, She Says They're Hers

My question involves criminal law for

Hi, I wondering if someone could help me on a problem I am facing now. A couple of months ago, my friend and I wanted to go to a concert. A radio station was giving away tickets, I called in and won the tickets! Unfortunately a bad move on my part, I let them put it in her name and her address etc. We later on decided on selling our tickets to make money. It was an unspoken thing that we each had one ticket. I decided to take my one ticket and give it away to a friend. Well the girl got angry with me and said she was going to take both tickets and if I wanted to go, then I would have to buy my own tickets. Even though I won the tickets!!!! So I thought this was very unfair, so I called the radio station and said I was her and had them change the address to mine. I got the tickets in the mail the other day and gave her one. She is PISSED. and is claiming I idenitity theft'd her etc and wants to call the cops. What do you think? I dont think its fair to she would take both tickets, so I figure what I did is justified. You supposedly told the radio station that you were your friend when "you" won the tickets, so as far as they're concerned your friend is the winner. What will the police do if she calls them? You'll have to wait and see if she in fact does that.
