My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: CO or SD

Hi. I have two questions. If I file for personal bankruptcy and want to keep both my paid off car (1998 Pontiac Grand Am, value about $3,500) and our 1989 RV (monthly loan payment of $150 and have at least $5,000 left to pay) can I do this? We are going to be living in the RV as our home. I do not want them to come after either vehicle as an asset. The value of the RV might be around the pay off figure.

Also since I was just laid off from my job we have to leave our apartment before the lease ends. We would have 2 more months left on the lease. Reading our agreement is seems like they have the right to come after us not only for the monthly rent left (around $1800) but also over $2,280 due to a small clause about repaying the reduced rent incentive they gave us when we signed the lease -- about $165 per month. So the total could be around $4,000! If we file for bankruptcy would this debt go away?

Thanks!
