Default Moving Out Of Family's Household And Into Another's

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Wisconsin

I am 15 years old. Throughout my past years I have maintained decent grades, never shown interest in grugs, alcohol, partying, or and illeagal or shameful behavior. Lately it has been hitting me at how much better I am cared for elsehere, even better than if i were to be at home. I am just there and have noe importance or value in the home. I have talked to my mom and if she says i can move out, I want to know the legal actions I should take to put this in action. If i ound smewhere to live, is my biological father allowed to interfere if mt mom has primary placement. I'm not quite sure if it is joint custody, but if it is I am afraid that he will interfere and make things worse. I don't know where to start and what steps to take. Can you help me out?

Wisconsin law does not provide for emancipation in your situation, but you can move out with your legal guardian's permission.

Here it would appear to be the parents' permission - the goal seems to be to move out of mom's house and in with a friend.

If your mom doesn't wish to exercise her custodial rights, your father has the right to seek to modify the custody order to reflect that new reality.
