It was never my intention to file "suit" for gpv; I am merely exploring the laws of this state, and how they couldbe improved; it would take many, many signatures, a lot of paperwork, not to mention legal work, to even have something like that considered; however, considering the parties involved in the legal field and the ones who control it, it would definitely take more that one mere person to even get anyone to blink an eye on that issue! Unfortunatly, knowing my ex as I do, and so far his actions or lack therof so far to help the grandson, I fear greatly that the children will be taken from them because of their inability to provide a stable, loving home.

Your fears are most likely groundless. The children were placed with your ex and his wife. Just because YOU don't like it doesn't make them unfit to have the children.

I wish with all my heart my fears were groundless; unfortunately, it is what I DO know that causes me fear. That and the fact of situations that have already occurred.
