My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Georgia
I subscribed to phone service and was deployed to IRAQ where the phone did not work although I continued to get charged. I cancelled this contract and was charged early termination fee of $99.00 which was wdebited through my credit card. I was told to send the phone and a money order for $99.00 so that they could refund my $99.00 early termination fee. I returned the phone with $49.00 money order and the company me 2 more times after the early termination fee was paid. I'm still in Iraq and continue to send emails to them asking for my refund but they remain adamant that they do not owe me anything. What do I need to do?
