Default Seduction, Attraction, Dating And The Law

I am just curious as to what constitutes stalking & harassment and as to where dating, seduction, and attraction cross the boundaries into being considered stalking & harassment as I am a student of things relating to dating, seduction, and attraction and I am interested in finding out as to where the two cross so that I can be more informed about the differences and better able to defend myself should that ever become an issue as I do not want anything to do with things like stalking & harassment, but I would like to be more informed about what it is and is not according to the law.

Any information and advice regarding this issue would be both helpful and appreciated greatly.

Stalking and harrassment laws can be defined differently from one state to another. That is why it is important to identify your state when you start a thread.

You can go here and look up your state specifically.

That is a good point, but what I don't understand is as to what happens when she does not make it very obvious.

I've learned from studying seduction, attraction, psychology, and human behavior that people are not always so upfront about things and that many people like to hide behind masks and veils that they put up in order to defend and protect themselves from either real or imagined problems and issues and this point has been reinforced today by the pastor of the church that I go to during his sermon today.

One of the things that he pointed out and that I basically already knew was that people have a tendency of lying to both themselves and to others in order to minimize what they actually want and need and I have seen this not only from the realm of psychology and religion, but also within the law as I have seen some legal cases in which people have done the same thing.

One case that I saw recently involved a man who was a police officer and was injured in a car accident involving a Semi. He sued the trucking company and won, but the case went on to appeal and the trucking company tried to claim that he was a fraud even though the earlier courts had upheld that he was not.

The decision of the appeals court held that he had been injured extensively in the crash, but that he had mininized his injuries due to the fact that he wanted to be able to back to work as a police officer and that has got me wondering about how all of that works and as to how the law views things as things like seduction, attraction, and dating can and often can be perceived as either stalking or harassment and I have noticed the same thing in the business and legal world as I was once hit by another car in a parking lot.

I was able to get the persons name and telephone number from him at the time of the accident. When I tried to call him to resolve the issue and to get insurance information from him I found out that he did not have insurance at the time of the accident and as I was trying to talk to him about things I was accused of harassment and that is somthing that I just don't understand as to how he could have viewed it as harassment as I did have legitamate business with him that I was trying to take care of at the time.

I had only called once or twice and after he claimed that I was harassing him I refered the case over to an attorney to handle the case for me.
