Default New Gate Blocking Road To Cemetary

    Can Somebody Help.
i live on a ranch homesteaded by my Ancestors over 140 years ago.
recently some of the neighbors put up a gate Blocking the road to a cemetary where my grandparents are buried.
it is a private cemetary with graves starting in the 1850s
they claim that there is another way to get there.
    i have tried that.
it is at least 10 miles longer than the traditional way.
they tell me that i do not have a right to use the old road.
even though the road has been in use since the 1850s
i have personally driven or walked to the cemetary all of my life
as recently as yesterday When i was denied entry
by one of the people that put up the gate.
the new owners of the property claim that there is no right of way
on the road and i will have to use the new route which involves
fording a larger creek and an Additional 10 miles.
the old road is less than a mile long
(walking distance from the ranch house)
and involves crossing a much smaller seasonal creek.
can they do this to me?
is there anybody that will help me.
i have very little money What can i do?

GENERALLY cemeteries are open to the public and the roads to them must not be blocked.

You need to hire a lawyer.

    What?

He said: "GENERALLY CEMETERIES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND THE ROADS TO THEM MUST NOT BE BLOCKED.

YOU NEED TO HIRE A LAWYER."

Seriously though, if you don't have any money to fight what they are doing, I don't see any point in trying to get the gate removed.

EDIT: My post doesn't make sense now, since you removed your post.
