Default Garbage Trucks Tearing Up Right Of Way

My situation is this, I own a private drive from the main street up to the end of my property. There are 4 other residences that have legal access to it, so far so good, now my problem is that Waste Management refuse service's trucks are tearing the hell out of my driveway in front of my house. (the driveway is about 22' wide, asphalt, w/ 2 speed bumps) Can I restrict the use of these trucks on this private drive that I legally own with regards to the other residences right-of-way to use easement, would it preclude a third party(trash service) private sector contractor from using this driveway ? (rights of access ?)

Your respective rights are defined by the language of the easement, which we haven't read. You need to either share it, or have a lawyer review it and advise you.

If this is routine residential garbage removal, I expect that it is permitted.
