Default How To Figure Judges Record

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Arkansas

My son is involved in a bitter divorce case in Fort Smith Arkansas at this time; it also involves the eventual custody of our granddaughter, who is 3 years old. We would like to know if there is a way to determine how the judge has ruled in the past on child custody cases. We would also like to know what criteria is used to make this determination.

    Thanks for your help

A: Yes; you could ask the parties or the lawyers in prior cases how the judge ruled. That, however, is totally irrelevant to your case.

you can also go to the court house and read files from previous cases that judge has tried and/or sit in the courtroom and watch to see how they handle each case... this is what I did and it gave me good strategy for when it was my turn in court. Keep in mind what senior judge wrote is SO true - each case is unique.
