    Default Fake MySpace Account

My question involves defamation in the state of: Oregon

Hello this is really stupid and childish, but I am going to give all the details. A friend of mine and I had a falling out a couple weeks ago. Afterwards, she started sending me very mean, evil text messages. I told her if she did not stop I would call the police. She didn't stop, so i called the police and the officer told her to stop. OK, fast forward to this week. I made a myspace profile, of a fake guy. I befriended her on myspace with this fake profile. I did not post any info about her on myspace, just made a fake guy to befriend her. Once befriended, and messaging back and forth as this fake guy (she is always on myspace looking for dates) I, as the fake guy, told her she looked fat in her pics - which made her blow up and go crazy (I think she may be slightly psycho) anyways, she assumes that it was me behind it the whole time and says that she is going to have me investigated for Harrassment, false identity and computer crime. All I did was call her fat from a fake myspace guy cause I knew that would piss her off. Am I really breaking a bunch of laws here?????

What The Judge was trying to politely tell you is that the whole situation is ridiculous and hardly worth your drama over it.

Acting the fool is not illegal. You've probably violated the MySpace TOS with your kindergarten shenanigans, but that's about it.
