    Default Incomplete Community Service

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tennessee

I have court on April 10th for DUI remanded down to Reckless Driving, which is the court date before my probation ends on April the 15th (6 mo. Probation). The stipulations of my probation were:

    -MADD (completed)
    -DUI School (Completed)
    -Court Fine (Paid)
-40 hours of community service (25 hours completed).

To be honest, I completed the 25 hours a while ago, and I it kinda slipped until yesterday when I realized my court date was coming up. Tomorrow, the 9th, is impossible for me to complete any community service due to school and thesis presentation for graduate school, so here's my question...

----If my probation doesn't end until the 15th, and I'm able to complete the community service by then, will I still be guilty of probation violation in court on the 10th?

---What is the judge likely going to say about my lack of community service?

--Finally, what, in yalls opinion, will be the outcome on the 10th.

    THANKS!!

The outcome on the 10th will be that you failed to fulfill your probationary requirements.

The judge will choose to extend your probation, ignore your probation efforts, or add to your probation burden.

If the reduced charge was based upon your completion of your probation, the original charge may come back into play as well.
