My question involves grandparents rights in the State of: South Dakota
The paternal grandparents of my eight week old son insist that i bring him over to their house... this is fine, except there are three sometimes four adults smoking in the house daily. They do stop smoking when we come over however we still leavin smelling of smoke and i fear for my son's health. The father of the baby does live with them (he smokes also). I have never denied them the right to see their grandson and have told them they are more than welcome at my smoke free house, i simply try to limit the time spent there.
If they were to take legal action, could the courts force me to allow them to have him at their house?
