    Default Trespassing Brooklyn Bridge

    My question involves criminal law for the state of:New York
    I was summon to appear in court for trespassin on a bridge since there was no walk way I endangered myself as well as others. What should I tell the Judge...am I going to jail for this or community service?

    Depends on how you were trespassing, I guess.

    You would have had to do something pretty far out there to get more than community service, though.
