Angry Old Boss Wont Make Payments On Motorcycle Anymore

ok so here is the story.

i bought 3 small motorcycles one for myself in my name. about 8 months ago and my boss, co worker, and brother all said they would make monthly payments on them, the 4 scooters are on seperate loans in MY name.

well about 2 months ago i moved 4 hours away and the 3 scooters remained with them witha deal that they would pay me every month.

well now they feel like they dont want to pay me anymore. its been two months now and i have covered their 3 scooter payments so i dont get any bad marks on my credit. (i know i never should have put these in my name but i learned my lesson)

so now i need to know what i should do next?

do i file a police report and hope they get them back? do i need to go get them back? (kinda scared to do this since they are pretty big intimidating people)

do i have to do a small claims court?

i have all the loan paper work with MY name on it sitting at my house to prove that they are in fact mine.

    please let me know

    -Josh

    thanks in advanced!

    Go get your property.

If you are scared, contact a marshal.

If there is damage to them that makes them worth less than blue book value, sue in small claims for the difference.

will any police officer be able to help me get these?

they are being kept at their place of work(my old job) and there is a police station a block away.

would i call or just go in there and ask those cops for help?

Police officers are not in the property collection business.

However, you can always call and ask them for their help. Heck, you could even ask if you could hire an off duty to show up in uniform and just oversee that no violence would occur.

so since this is in a very small town far from a big city what do you reccomend?

how would i get in contact with a marshall? and do i schedule a time with them?

my best bet is if i dont have a person in uniform with me they would tell me to f**k off and that i cant take them. and if that was to happen thats an 8 hour round trip wasted unless if i could simply call the police and say well this company has my stolen property and wont give it back can you come help?

If they tell you that you can't have them, then you walk a block to the police station with your paperwork and report them stolen.
