    Default Multiple Trademarks

i am using "blah" (not really blah) as the word i would like to trademark and for the example.

Currently there are these trademarks :

    BlahTown
    BlahCAT
    BlahV

They are basically using it for the same reason (close definition of the trademark)

..However i notice blah was register but abdonded awhile ago.

Would i be able just to register blah with no problems ?

If you have any insite on this please help.

    Thanks.

Registering "blah" wouldn't affect any prior use, including but not limited to the other registered marks. Including the continued use of "blah" by somebody else as a common law trademark.

It isn't clear from what you write whether "blah" would be a defensible mark - it may, for example, be generic.
