Post Release Conditions and Victim's Rights

My boyfriend was in first-appearance in criminal court today. The jurisdiction is Spokane county Washington. He has 3 charges. One for 2nd degree theft not including a firearm, one for 2nd degree theft and trafficking of stolen property, and the last one for forgery/ theft.
He had relapsed using heroin and stolen property and forged one of my checks. I submitted the charges to mainly get the law enforcement agency to get him into custody and possibly get him into drug court. His accomplice was the one who pawned the items and my boyfriend wasn't able to be seen anywhere to indicted him for the items.

The judge today released him on his own recognizance, implied that a no contact order would be in place, but when discussed at the end of the appearance, the name mentioned was the accomplice, not mine. My boyfriend had been staying with me because I kept him away from his influence and am helping him stay clean.

    Questions:
-Does he being released on his own recognizance mean that he will be out same day or day after without bail?
    - Where my name was not mentioned in the no contact order, if my boyfriend comes back with me to our home, will I be breaking the law?
-Can I drop any of the above charges without affecting the same charges on the other person involved?
-Will I be asked to testify or attend either of the trials for the charged people?

Any help will be wonderful, or if you have questions to ask to help understand the situation, or help out, I really need it. Today was the first day I have ever walked into the courthouse, and know nothing about laws or resources. Please help. Thanks.

Being released means that he should be released as soon as he is processed out of the jail, which normally happens on the same day.

You cannot violate his restraining order of conditions of release. You can only get in trouble for violating an order entered against you. (That's not going to happen out of the criminal prosecution of somebody else.)

You can try whatever you like. The prosecutor has chosen to prosecute, and I doubt that the prosecutor will agree to dismiss charges against your boyfriend.

If you are a witness to criminal activity, that's quite possible. But you would have to ask the prosecutor.
