recently moved to a small town. a neighbor called my child names and called the city police for her knocking over his candy cane decorations. The cop came and i was very upset. I ask them if there was a law or something against the adult cursing at a 9 year old he said no. He told me maybe i should move back to the county i moved from. He was very rude.Sat night we had a get together at my house and we had the music up to loud for the neighbor and i guess he called the cops again. The same one arrived. I was upstairs and my boyfriend let them in. The cop said he was called about a disturbance. He was being a jerk. I had a little to drink and cursed at him. he then told me i was going to jail for disorderly conduct. I have a court date and they said it was a payable fine but I don't want to plead guilty. I really want to place a complaint against him is that possible?
