    Default Trusts

hi all just joined the website and this i think was the closet topic area i could relate my problem to. if in the wrong place then sorry and if the mods feels needs moving to a better section then pls do so.

iv been given a qoute from the case of Chichester Diocesan Fund v Simpson [1944]

I am convinced that the time has come when modern minds imbued with modern ideas should attempt to achieve a clear, workable and comprehensive definition of what is meant by charitable

i need to consider to what extent if any that i consider that charities act 2006 has achieved the above objectives

any help would be great thanks
