Default US Citizen Marrying Non Citizen Who Will Lose Her Passport

    Hi,

Im a US citizen and I want to marry my girlfriend but she is from a country that has a law which states: if she marries (or officially becomes engaged to) a non citizen (from her country) she will loose her passport and citizenship to that country.

We don't know what to do.

Our major concern is how will she get a visa to stay here without a nationality or a passport to another country if we get married.
and if she is able to stay here with me, will she be able to visit her parents once every year or two?

    That's a little too vague.

    What country is she from?

Ideally, she should be here on a fiancee visa BEFORE you get married, then she can adjust status while she's here.
