Depending upon the terms of the judgment, you may well be able to make a claim for a share of the toy. But if you go through a lawyer, it will likely end up costing more than your share of the toy is worth, and no matter what you do it may end up being more time and aggravation than it is worth. That's not saying you shouldn't vindicate your legal rights - but it is something to keep in mind when you decide if it is worth it to pursue your half of the toy. If you had a lawyer assist you with your divorce, consult that lawyer about the toy and see what remedies are available under your judgment of divorce.
