momof16, I don't know, but most likely she didn't get caught the first time. It better be the last time, though. I called the probation officer the other day and had a good chat with him. Since the amount is under $100, she won't actually go to court, she'll have to talk to him. He said since it's her first offense, she'll most likely have to participate in a diversion program (I'm not sure what that entails). I told him I didn't want him to be too nice to her because it's important for her to realize it's very serious. He kind of laughed and said he's not mean, but he will tell her in no uncertain terms what the consequences will be if she does it again. I feel a lot better since talking to him. I know there are kids out there doing a lot worse, but man, I never thought my daughter would ever do something like this. I guess it's a lesson learned. Never get complacent and relax when it comes to parenting!!!!!Missieleigh40
