Post H1B Transfer Within One Month After Reaching US

    Hi,
I reached California on first of March 2008 thru company A H1B visa.Till now company A was not able to arrange any client projects for me and I am not paid or included in their payroll. Now Company B has arranged me a job and I am planning to transfer my h1b to company B.

How can i do this since I dont have any paystubs for company A?
What are the legal issues associated?

You might find this Q&A helpful.

It would be in your best interests to consult an immigration attorney immediately.
