    Default annulment, Michigan

Just over 10 yrs ago I got married. We talked about what marriage means to each of us, many days, so we were on the same page. Both children of divorced families, we were not walking into this blind. Both agreed the only reason to get married was if we were planning to have children.

Now - He doesn't want to have children. Never did. Only said that so I'd marry him.

I have moved out of our bedroom but are not in possition to move out of the house. I'm the only one working. If I move out the house, he'll loss the house. If I kick him out, he's on the street. I don't want to do that. I'm polite to him, I loved him. I can't stay married. He lied to me. He straight faced lied.

Is an annulment possible considering we still live in the same house?

    Default Annulment

You can discuss the situation with a lawyer, but after ten years it will likely be difficult to convince a court that you should be granted an annulment instead of a divorce.
