Caught In August.

In august 2007(in texas)I was with a friend who was shoplifting and talked me into doing it as well. The sales clerks were beginning to get suspicious of it and i could tell this because it felt as if they were following us. My friend walked out of the store and set the censors off and as she did this i immediatly walked to the back of the store and stashed the item i had stolen. I walked back to the front and tried to exit the store and a sales clerk from the back ran up and told the manager there was an item on the shelf that was opened that had appeared there after i had walked back there. Even though i had never exited the store, and there was never any merchandise found on me i was still arrested and given a court date but never sent to jail.It is now march and my court date is wednesday.What is going to happen to me?

so today was my court date.
store manager didnt show up.
case was dismissed. im so lucky
