You can get help through NASP, National Association for Shoplifting Prevention. Go to their website at www.shoplfitingprevention.org. For $75 they will send you a workbook with 2 cds and if you want help this is a great organization and well worth the money. I had no idea that my shoplifting was related to my mental health.
