Emancipation Questions

Im 16 years old ill be 17 in June, i dont have a job right now, and my schooling isnt going so well. My parents are trying to force me to continue my schooling which i dont want to. The reason i dont have a job is i live on the outskirts of the town i live in, and i dont have transportation. I live in Colorado, and i want to be emancipated. Could i get emancipated without a job. I have a place to live if i get emancipated, but i dont know if my parents would let me get emancipated. Can i get emancipated?

You don't understand what emancipation is.

No. You cannot get emancipated without a job.

Nor will any judge emancipate a 16 year old because he doesn't want to go to school.
