    Default Drama From My Wife

Well here is another twist my wife and I are divorcing and I am the plaintiff, and all she wants is to move with the kids, one hers (14), and one ours (4), from New Jersey to Utah. The 14 her year old already wants nothing more to do with me because of his mother, which is very hard on me. since I have raised him for 10 years. but that is another story. but she has been out of work since novemeber and she is stating now that she cant work in NJ anymore she needs to be with her kids and have her family take care of her in Utah. she even has a doctor stating she is unable to work. (PTSD& Depression) So the problem is Her temp disablitity benifits run out in april and she know is trying to get SSI.(social security). Becuae she keeps telling me that since she cant take care of the kids anymore in NJ her family will support them in Utah.

Q: my question is will this help her be able to move away??

What does you divorce attorney say?
And if it does help her, why would you want to prevent that? Has there been any sort of ruling thru the courts regarding this?

Are you serious? My wife has lived here for 18 years in NJ and is 40 years old. and since she doesnt want to work anymore and she is claiming depression and PTSD? And wants to take the kids 2400 miles away so her mother can support her? what about my relationship with my children and if she has no plans on working how would she be able to support them, I am the father and and supporting my kids is my job not her mothers, When would I see my kids and who is going to pay for it. My attorney who is getting to expensive, tells me if she can afford to support them her. how is she going to do that out there. Question for you, would you want your kids 2400 miles away from you with maybe no change on seeing them again? just because your spouse doesnt want to work and wants to move home to mommy.
