Default Emancipation And Child Support In New Mexico

My 17 year old daughter will be 18 in May and will graduate from high school in December due to the fact that she had a baby and delayed her education. I am currently paying child support however my daughter recently had a baby and is living with her boyfriend. She claims to be living with her mother. Am I responsible for paying child support up until she is 18 or 19 based on age emancipation?

Age 18, unless she gets married before age 18.

Issue one. If she is not living with Mom and you have proof you may be albe to get a modification in support order.

Issue two. How old is BF?

Issue three. If shes 17 was she pregnant at 16? If so stautory rape applies as age of consent is 17

Issue four. How can a minor be living outside of parental home (or in this case custody order) without both parents consent?
