Default changing my daughter last name

The mother of my child does not want to change my daughters last name to mine. Is there anything I can do? I have been proven the father by the court and I want to know if I can change the birth certificate to reflect me as the father. The problem with this whole situation is the mother of my child was married and still is married when my child was conceived.

    Default Correcting Birth Certificate

If you are now the legally recognized father of the child, you should be able to get the birth certificate corrected such that you are identified. However, paternity alone does not give you the power to change the child's surname.
