You haven't provided any information to suggest that your treatment by your boss violates federal employment law. There is nothing to indicate that your boss is harassing you because of any protected status. Being a tyrannical boss doesn't violate any law of which I'm aware.

If you can't tolerate the treatment and you can't find anyone at the company who will intervene and control your boss' behavior, it seems to me that you have two viable options: stay there and learn to ignore the behavior or find another job where you are treated more appropriately.
