Default Guardianship Of A Minor, With Family Court Problems

I am currently in court concerning a nephew who back in 2005 claimed he was being abused at his guardians. This event occured during a visit with me and another family member. There were no visible bruises and since he was just claiming that he was abused and wanted to live with me I decided he should go back to the legal guardians. I further asked the guardians if there had been any problems which they said no and claimed my nephew has had some mental issues. Since then I have been keeping a close watch on him and making as many visits as possible a year till the last year. The visits went well or so I thought but there have been several instances of black out visits no contact for months and some actual denials of visits IE they dont pick up the phone and dont call back for months or not at all. This last year the actual guardian was placed in jail for drugs and other issues. Her parents are now attempting to get custody of my nephew and no communication was sent to me but to my parents who called me and asked whats this stuff. I appeared in court and told the courts that he is showing weird signs in many visits and was at the time of the last visit self mutulating and was talking about some weird stuff. The courst suggested that I file for guardianship which I did andam starting trail very soon all this without the help of a lawyer. These people are not related in any way to my nephew and in my mind have been very controlling and decietful concerning just about everything. My nephew is currently in a mental hospital and I have no idea why due to they say they wont release any information since I am not a legal guardian. I know you will probably suggest that I get an attorney etc but I think he is showing signs of PAS since he hasnt een anyone since Dec and that was an hour visit and before that it was in Aug. I need a person to read my paperwork and give me another proffessional opinion of his case any suggestion are welcome.

You need an attorney for that.

The folks answering questions here are volunteers, most are not attorneys and are not as well qualified to look over your paperwork as an actual attorney.

Yes but what are the procedures to get somone to look over the paperwork? So far everyone I talk to tells me they cant help me because I dont have any legal guardianship paperwork. Granted I do not have paperwork but I do have legal right to the paperwork due to being in the middle of a guardianship court case. It seems like I will get no help and I dont see how a lawyer can help in this instance.
