    Default MIP In Missouri

I got an MIP the other day in MO, however, I moved to KS about 7 months ago. I am wondering will I have to go to court in MO or is there any way to get out of that? Also, will my license be revoked and if so, for how long? Will I have to take any type of classes or is there any way to get out of that as well? I will be 21 in October of this year, and this is my first offense of any kind (other than one traffic ticket). Is there any way to keep this off of my record? If not, how long will it stay on my record? Any help is appreciated!!

You have to resolve a criminal charge in the state where you were charged. States typically do suspend driver's licenses for MIP charges these days. You didn't tell us the statute you're charged under, so you can look it up yourself here. Consult a criminal defense lawyer in Missouri.
