Default Want To Remain In The States

Im in the states Illegally, I came here to visit my now husband and just didnt leave. We ended up getting married, and Im not 4 months pregant. Does anyone know what I need to do to remain here, and not have to go back to Canada. I have two kids who are also with me here , I have all the proper paperwork for them. Is there anyway to become Legal here or remain for the sake of my child on the way, dont want to go through the pregancy without my husband.

Get an Immigration attorney to help you through the process of adjusting your status.

This is not the sort of situation you want to leave in the hands of strangers on the internet - information pertaining to your situation is conflicting, this is best handled by a pro.

Assuming you entered legally, you should be eligible to adjust your status. There are a bunch of threads discussing that process in the forum, and you can also read this.
