Default Evicting A Problem Roommate in Georgia

I live in Georgia. I rent a house. A few years ago a friend showed up at my house. He was having hard times (no income, some mental issues (PTSD, etc from serving in Vietnam). I told him he could stay for a while until he got back on his feet. He is, to me, essentially just a guest). He refuses to have anything to do with the government, therefore no VA benefits, etc. He has never paid a dime's rent or helped in any way with expenses. It's been almost 4 years now of me buying all the groceries, paying all the bills (rent/utilities) and even helping make sure he had cigarrettes and occasional beer... I've asked him to leave every few months (even in writing), but he just ignores me or starts acting crazy (he says the I (and the rest of the world) owe him a living because some musicians (like Charlie Daniels, Allman Brothers, B.B. King, Marshall Tucker Band, etc.) stole songs out of his brain back in the 70's and he'd be rich now if he had that money... Note that he's never met these people or anyone associated with them; they just somehow stole them directly from his brain from afar. He also tends to get aggressive and appear to be on the edge of becoming violent when I tell him he needs to move out. I've been staying in a hotel for the last 4 months just to stay away from him. I've continued to pay the rent and utilities, hoping he'll leave (and I want to keep this particular residence for various reasons). When I call him he always tells me he needs 3 more weeks to finish packing and get out, but people who visit the house tell me nothing has been packed. I am now physically disabled and can't work anymore and he calls me and demands that I send him cigarettes, beer, and food. My sister is confined to a wheelchair and lives next door, and I sometimes worry for her safety. He won't even come to the door when most people knock. He seems to have lost his mind. My girlfriend and her children and I want to move back into the house, but he still won't go. What do I need to do to get rid of him?
