My intent is not to put in every dirty thing I can think of.
I have since put this statement in my counter complaint and revised the way it is written.
"So Andso failed a drug screen on two occasion for use of Cocain on Suchandsuchdate resulting in loss of employment. Counter-Plaintiff asserts that this point is relevant to the overall safety of the above mentioned minor children."
My point is to convey to the courts that I (Counter-Defendant), fear for the overall safety of my children.
I am making serious effort to not dredge up mud and make this an ugly issue, but that I am a concerned father.
Any opinions on this would be helpful.
If you are a concerned father, who is concerned for the safety of your children, you should dredge up truckloads of mud, and make this as ugly as you need to, to get your kids in a safe environment.
That was an opinion, and not "legal' advice![]()
This website should be of some help.
