    Default Forgery Of Will

My father in law died a few years ago and my husband received a copy of the will. He freely accepted the will and it's conditions and went on with his life. Recently, while cleaning out files I came across the will and was very upset because the will was not signed by my father in law. I am a crafter and have kept all the cards and posts he sent me. His handwriting has always been scratchy with a type of palsey and the handwriting on the will was very fat, round and loopy. When I showed my husband the proof of his Dad's handwriging he was very upset. And yes, the brother who lived with my father in law up to his death is very capable of bad behavior. What if anything can be done. He died in Virginia in 2001.

    Thanks

It is too late to do anything. Virginia has a one year statute of limitations.
