    Default Loss of earned goodtime

I was sentenced to to two years at a halfway house. When I was less than a month away from being complete I was regressed for "getting new charges" which were never filed because they were bogus in the first place. The judge received an incomplete assesment of my earned good time (12 out of 17 months). The judge then sentenced me to the remainder of my time in DOC, which totalled about 40 days, and 3 years of parole. I feel if the half way house would have sent the full amount of good time to the judge I would have spent zero days in prison. Does any one have any advice, please.

    Default Parole Violation

Did you retain a lawyer (or have one appointed) for the parole violation proceedings? If so, what did your lawyer say?

Default I had a public defender

I was appointed the same public defender I had at the time of the original sentencing. He told me that he would look into it and get back to me, he never got back with me.

I should straighten out one thing. My orginal sentence was a diversion, 2 years in a half way house starting October 16, 2003. I did lose some of my good time through rule violations and write ups. When I was sent back in front of the judge on or around May 13, 2005, almost 19 months, I was resentenced to 2 years D.O.C. with time served.
The Judge, D.A., and public defender were all in agreence that I get all my good time but not to include any that I had recieved in the last six months. During that time I had gathered a few write ups and had no earn good time during the last few months. The paper work that community corrections had sent to the court only totaled, I believe, ten months of my time there. The ten months on the paper work plus the loss of the last six months only totals 16 months. I'm curious why they didn't include the missing three months or why noone would help me look for it and if I can do anything about it now.
It seems as if they didn't include the paperwork for October 2003 through January 2005.
