Through my own research and asking of legalized co-workers, I have come to learn a few things that is better helping me to know the situation.

We can have our child here with no problems. Medicaid will cover for the child, so that worry is out. However they do keep watch over all who apply for this service and are not here legally. They do not take action against them being here, however they do keep an eye out to see what else is done after a while.

Marriage is a big no no. The moment you apply for a license is the moment they send you a notice saying you have some much time to go back to your own country and work out all the papers legally. Me and my corazon will not be getting married until we are in Mexico though under the eyes of God, we shall be.

As long as she does not get into any trouble and keeps her head down. Nothing will be done to her. They have much bigger fish to fry then to worry with one mother here simply living her life without the proper papers.

So my conclusion has come to such. We shall remain here for a little while so that I may go through my schooling and receive my Bachelors in Accounting. After college, and after a couple years of hard work, we shall go to Mexico for a few months. She shall gain her Mexican papers and all, but I have come to the idea that living there is not the best way to go. Once all is settled with her work and she holds a Mexican Passport, we shall file all the paperwork needed and such so as to move to Canada. At least there the economy is much better as well as the Jobs. It will not be the same as here, but as for what I can tell. It is what is in the best interest for our child, and not for us. I want my child to grow up somewhere without much fear and for me and her to be able to gain the help we need most of all when we BOTH need it. It will be a lot of hard work and may even cost a lot more then what we may think now. But it shall work out to be the best way to go. At least this way we will have the funds that we need, and our entire family shall be legal also.

I love her with all my heart, and there is nothing in this world that man has created to stop me from being with her now...
