My employer originally told employees we would receive 40 hours sick and 80 hours vacation at the beginning of the each year, this was in July 2007. They had a board meeting March 6,2008 and decided to make a change. Now, we will accrue sick time but if we go in the negative, we will start the next year in the negative. If we don't use any sick time they will not roll it over. At this point they have gone in and changed all of our past paystubs to reflect their new change. I am located in Tennessee, but our main office is in South Carolina. Can this be done?
