    Default Dividing Things

we are in minnesota and have been married since last july (so 8 months). i havent officially filed for divorce but i have a feeling its coming. is there a way i wont have to pay her anything? the house is in her name and she can keep it...i dont care. i make $10-20,000/year more than she does and i just dont want to have to give her any money. i just want to take what is mine and leave her with the stuff that is hers. any ideas?

After less than a year of marriage, I can't see how you would be ordered to give her anything.
You may have to split the marital debt. Depending on ho much it is, and whether or not you can prove what portion of the debt is yours is a different story.
