Question How To Get A 16yr Old Out Of Control Restrained From Your Home North Carolina

I have a out of control teenager, who has recently stolen my checkbook and wrote about 15 checks . We live in North Carolina and the laws on 16year olds here are wacked! She is also claiming sexual allagations against my husband. She is in jail now and awaiting her hearing. We are in complete fear they will send her home. She is mentally ill and being seen by a psyciatrist and mental health. In Arizona we had her 3 long term facalities, but it didn't do anything.
They can't find placement for her in a long term residential treatment facality. We are very worried that they will send her home and she will do something worse. In the past she has slept with knives, tried to kill herself 6times, the one time she was on a ventillator for 18 hours. She has attempted to suffocate my other child when she was a baby. CPS, and social services will not do anything. She is a complete danger to herself and my family. We are constantly being victimized by her running away, stealing vehicles, credit cards, check books and accusing my husband of sexual allagations. I don't know how to get a restraining order against her so she doesn't come back to our home. We are in fear of what she will do to my daughter or us.
Does anyone know of anything we can do?
    PLEASE!!!

A: Change the locks and install a burglar alarm system.

Have you talked to her Dr about getting her in to a long term or even short term treatment center or hospital? That is probably your easiest route for now.

I have had her involuntarily committed 2 times in the past 3 months, and they only keep her as long as the insurance will cover and then they say she has to come home. Even though she is not any better they say she needs a long term residential program but all the beds are full.

Now get this they have released her out of jail on an unsecured bond, and didn't even notify me! Any trouble she gets into I am finacially responsible, and if she wants to come home, I have to say yes.

I do have an alarm system, that she figured out and stole all the paperwork to but I have since reprogramed, and pray she won't figure this one out.

Please do not post totally incorrect info.
I don't know of a single state where a parent can simply terminate thier parental rights and responsibilties just because thier child is difficult.
