Is their any way that i can move out too stay in school were i am at. Almost like maybe divorcing my family or something like that. And i can move in with my friends family i already have the ok but my mom wont let me. Plus i pull child support switch i could do more then support myself on.

As you were told in your other thread, Ohio doesn't have statutes that address emancipation.

If your mom gives you permission to stay with your friends, that would be fine.

The law is not going to give you permission to stay with friends against your mother's wishes. If she says no, it's no. If she says you have to move with her, then you have to move with her.

This answer is not going to change no matter how many different ways you find to ask the question.

Aw, man. Not this fight again.

Rebel, I'm an Ohio resident, and I provided your answer the first time around.

I wasn't just talking out of my heiney. There is NO provision in Ohio law for emancipation. There just isn't. That means you can't do it.

I understand that it sucks to be yanked out of your school and dropped somewhere else, but it's hardly the end of the world. Start looking for a similar program in your new location, and talk to you counselors at school to help make the transition as seamless as possible.
