I am going to take a wild guess and guess that you did not retain counsel to protect your rights and your interests? If so, then you might want to consider retaining one. This will be a lot more expensive because it is now very complicated.
You are going to have to not rely on the telephone and go to the office of the trustee and speak with them directly. Start in the early morning and just note that you will wait. Tell the person that you had a message into the trustee that you would be there.
The trustees are very busy and they have a lot of pressure from all sides and will get what they can get done when they can get it done.
When I worked collections it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the trustee outside of going to the office or sending a certified letter to the trustee. Sometimes you have to show up to speak with them directly. In some cases they would only talk to me at a scheduled creditor meeting if they were really busy.
