    Default Recovery Options

I recieved a Default Judgement from my State Court for $4300 (credit card from 2003) about two months ago. I got another letter from an attorney regarding a different account of $1200. I guess they'll sue me too. Now what? If I can't pay the entire amount, can they garnish my wages?

State laws vary from state to state. As to what they are able to go after, that will depend on what state this was in.

What state are you in - as Happy Trails noted, wage garnishment laws vary by state.

It depends. If it is not within the Statute of Limitations then you can provide that as a defense.
