My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Kentucky
I have a post in the Sexual Harrasment forum listed as "Reverse Harrassment in Kentucky" which highlights the situation.
I was fired because of "turmoil" and because I was applying for another job, having not been offered new employment yet. The "turmoil" stems from the firing supervisors inability to curb inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of two of my work associates which caused me a considerable amount of on the job stress. In turn my complaints about these conditions caused my supervisor "tumoil" that ultimately resulted in my termination because he could not resolve the inappropriate behavior. So firing me solved his immediate problem but not the long term issue. So it will happen again, and has happened prior to my employment, I have alot of witnesses.![]()
